SERVICE HOUR REQUIREMENTS
Grades 3-4-5 three (3) service hours per 9 weeks are required (total of 27 hours)
Grades 6-7-8 five (5) service hours per 9 weeks are required (total of 45 hours)
Hours are due the 8th week of the 9 week grading period.
Requirement form must be filled in completely and must be signed.
A new service hour sheet will be given each new 9 week period.
