Text Box: Due to the hard work of our students during this past school year, they were given a fun day on Friday, April 23.  All the students were involved in many fun activities.  It was great to see our students relax and enjoy each other’s company. 
     Progress reports for the last nine weeks will go out tomorrow.  Please check to see how your child/children are doing.  It is important that our students stay focus on their academics to the end of the school year. 
Text Box:     Results of the recent Stanford testing will be given out later this week  and again for a couple of days thereafter.   You may come by the office and pick up your child’s results and also, we will be giving them out through the drive through line at dismissal.   If the results are not picked up by next Tuesday,  we will send them home with the student.   However, we prefer that an adult pick up the results.     After reviewing your child/children’s results, if you Text Box: feel you need to have a conference, please do not hesitate to call the school. 
    School Readiness and Kindergarten Readiness are being administered this week to Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten students.  Results will be sent home before the end of the school year. 
    Dibels will begin Monday of next week for grades Kindergarten  through three.   Results will be sent as soon as the scoring is complete.

Text Box: Saturday, May 1 at Crowley High School .. It is an all day affair with test taking, song contest and lunch, followed by awards program.   There will be another workshop on Friday, April 30, after school; students will go to Wal-Mart to study fruits and vegetables, then to Lowe’s to study plants for Horticulture Judging.  Students will still be allowed to go to Achievement Day if they did not turn in a project book.                                                            
Sunday, May 2, at 6:00 in the school Text Box: gym.   Notes are being sent out asking parents to return the forms indicating if they will be attending the banquet.   A number will be needed in order to prepare the food consisting of bar-b-que pork steaks, potatoes, green beans and a dessert.   Tickets are $4.00 per person adult, $2.00 non-athletic tickets and the students will be given free tickets.  Please be sure to send the forms back by Friday.
